Our Commitment to Copyright

123FreeVectors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication containing all of the following elements:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — The URL(s) or a sufficiently specific description of the material you claim is infringing, so that we can locate it on the Site.
  3. Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

Where to Send Your Notice

Send your completed takedown notice via our contact page . If you are sending by email, please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." A designated agent email address may be added to this page once registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Please ensure all required elements listed above are included before submitting.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content removed (or to which access was disabled) in response to a takedown notice is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Site before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit your counter-notification via our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification." Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material after ten (10) business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers Policy

In appropriate circumstances, 123FreeVectors will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion based on information available to us, including valid DMCA takedown notices.
